First portion of the observation on transportation issues OOE

I was talking with my friend about couple of things that make me sth really nervous about the city. And here are his answers.

1. Why there are no bus schedules - as they would be late anyway so you would rather keep the people calm. 
2. Why metro is so full? As the only positions that counts is at the door cause it is hard too leave the metro when it is so full in any other way.
